Wilson Chandler, SF/PF, Denver Nuggets

DraftKings Salary: $4,700

Depending on the Boston Celtics injury news, Jayson Tatum could become the flavor of the day, as far as value forwards go. He is priced down a bit ($5,600) and would find himself in an excellent spot for production with Boston dealing with a slew of wing injuries.

Tatum is certainly an appealing play at that salary, but if you're looking for a tournament pivot off the chalk, Wilson Chandler comes in nearly a full $1,000 cheaper and is also in an excellent spot. Chandler has reached five-times value in five straight games (and eight of his past nine at this price) and has shown the upside for more. He has averaged 36.2 minutes over his past five games and should have no problem being productive against a Minnesota Timberwolves team ranked 25th in defensive efficiency. The Denver Nuggets have been playing more two-big lineups lately too, which allows Chandler to spend more time at the three, where he will be defended by a lackluster defender in Andrew Wiggins, rather than one of the league's strongest defensive forwards in Taj Gibson. Chandler is a viable play in any format at this salary.
