Marc Gasol isn't hugely expensive, but on tonight's five-game slate, $8,300 is the eighth-highest salary, so he's up there as one of the highest-priced options.

Gasol was going through a bit of a slump in early December, but he has bounced back with a pair of strong games in his last two, posting 52.0 and 42.3 fantasy points.

He's always going to be a threat to do damage on the offensive end. His 27.9% usage rate this season is a career high while his 53.3% true shooting percentage is still a strong mark, even if it is a step down from where it was last year. Gaslo also posts very well-rounded production for a center, boasting a 21.3% assist rate and 14.5% rebound rate -- his highest since the 2009-10 season.

In addition to all that, what really puts Gasol in play tonight is his terrific matchup. The Phoenix Suns combine the league's second-worst defensive rating with the second-highest pace. They allow the most points and sixth-most rebounds per game to opponents, which (unsurprisingly) has them giving up top-10 fantasy production opposing frontcourts.
