3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 11/22/17

With Paul Millsap out for the foreseeable future, Nikola Jokic will be forced to be aggressive on a nightly basis rather than picking and choosing his spot to dominate. In nearly 200 minutes without Millsap on the court, Jokic has upped his usage rate by 1.7% and has seen a slight increase in his DraftKings points per minute. In his first game without Millsap, Jokic put up 43.5 DraftKings points, which is just about right in line with his salary-implied value of 44.5.

Jokic will look to post another strong performance tonight, as the Denver Nuggets take on a Houston Rockets squad who has been average against centers but has no prayer of defending Jokic. Clint Capela is not a poor defender, but he is more of a rim protector than someone who can contain a floor-stretching big man with the unique skill set that Jokic possesses.

In the two games he played at least 25 minutes against Houston last season, Jokic nearly averaged a triple-double, highlighted by a 56.5-point DraftKings average. He has that type of upside in this spot and is a terrific target in all formats.
