Ben Simmons Is Simmering

It only took 11 games for Philadelphia 76ers do-it-all rookie Ben Simmons to become a top-ten producer priced alongside studs like Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, John Wall, and Damian Lillard.

Fortunately for us fans, not only can we enjoy watching Simmons every night, but we can also rest assured knowing the rook is returning solid value despite his lofty salary.

Over the his last five outings, Simmons has averaged 47 FanDuel points per game for around $9,400 in salary, making him a five-times value play with a unique skill set that makes double-double stat lines seem routine and triple-doubles a realistic threat.

On a team that ranks fourth in the league in pace, he’s an attractive nightly option regardless of game format. His current play would seem to make him safe from posting a dud in cash games, while his versatility helps stuff the stat sheet in every category from points and dimes, to steals and blocks.

The Sixers are currently in the midst of a four-game road trip, set to play the Golden State Warriors tomorrow night before heading to L.A. for a meeting with the Clippers on Monday and the Lakers on Wednesday.
