Dion Waiters missed the past two games due to the birth of his daughter, but he is back in the lineup for the Miami Heat tonight. His return couldn't have come at a better time, as Miami is in a dream spot against the Phoenix Suns. Phoenix has played at the second-fastest pace this season and ranks 26th in defensive efficiency. As a result, Miami is projected for 109.5 points tonight, nearly nine points above their season scoring average and the third-highest implied team total on the slate.

Waiters is second only to Goran Dragic in points per game in transition among Miami players, and he has upped his effective field goal percentage from 50.4% to 64.7% in transition. In the three games prior to his absence, Waiters was averaging 34.4 DraftKings points, which would eclipse his implied value at this price. He is a strong play in all formats in this uptempo matchup against Phoenix.
