Tyson Chandler, C, Phoenix Suns

DraftKings Salary: $4,000

Tyson Chandler appeared to be on his way to a solid game on opening night, but ended up being limited to 22 minutes in the blowout loss. With Alan Williams out and Alex Len questionable, Chandler could draw another start and potentially play some big minutes.

Los Angeles was not just ranked last in defensive efficiency last year, but also was in the bottom-10 in rebounding rate. They (sort of) tried to address that weakness by bringing in Brook Lopez, who ranked 54th among 55 centers in rebounding rate last season. That weakness was on full display last night, as DeAndre Jordan collected 24 rebounds, 9 of which were of the offensive variety.

The 35-year old Chandler is no DeAndre Jordan, but the big fella can still clean the glass -- 14 of his 47 games last season resulted in 15 or more rebounds, including three with 20-plus. If we get news that he is starting again, Chandler makes for an excellent salary-saving option at the center position, as he only needs 20 DraftKings points to reach five-times his salary implied value.
