12. Detroit Pistons: Frank Ntilikina, PG

Team needs: Point guard efficiency, three-point shooting, penetration

According to DraftExpress, in his most recent campaign overseas, the 6'5" Frank Ntilikina tallied 11.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists per 40 minutes over a 32-game season with Strasbourg International. The raw numbers don't jump out at you, but they shouldn't have to for the Detroit Pistons to pull the trigger. The Pistons were usually overwhelmed at the point, their 16.2 PER paling in comparison to their opponents' average of 19.3. (We're talking to you, Reggie Jackson.)

Ntilikina's a solid outside shooter, hitting 51.9% and 43.1% from two-point and three-point land, respectively. We don't have a lot of information that would allow us to hone in on his driving ability, but the kid's 18. He'll figure it out.
