10. Sacramento Kings (via New Orleans): De'Aaron Fox, PG

Team needs: Play-making from point, ball security, perimeter defense

This year, the Kings lost the floor general battle by an average of 1.6 PER per game. Their poor ball security and perimeter defense were major factors in that deficit, as Sacramento's turnover rate (13.7%) and three-pointers against per game (10.9) ranked 27th and 29th in the NBA, respectively.

There's no way to say for sure that Fox will prevent more threes in today's league, but he has the precise build (6'4" and 6'6 1/2" wingspan) and college production (3.7 DBPM) that would suggest he's up to the task. And if that's not intriguing enough, Fox dished out 8.3 assists to go with 30.4 points per 100 possessions in his short time donning Kentucky blue.

Considered the fifth-best prospect in the draft by DraftExpress, landing Fox at the 10 spot would definitely be a steal for the Kings.
