Jonathon Simmons, SF, San Antonio Spurs

FanDuel Price: $2,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 18.5
Projected FanDuel Value: 7.4

Jonathon Simmons' value continues to trend upwards for San Antonio, as he has reached at least five times his salary implied value at this price in five straight games. He scored 24.3 and 23.4 FanDuel points while playing 23 and 32 minutes in his past two games, respectively, yet his price still reflects that of a player averaging just 12.5 FanDuel points. As such, our projections have him as the best value play at any position.

His 32 minutes in Game 5 were a bit inflated due to Kawhi Leonard sitting out the end of the fourth quarter and all of overtime with an ankle injury, and Leonard is currently listed as questionable for tonight's contest. If Leonard were to be ruled out, Simmons would profile as a near-must play at his salary, but even if The Claw does suit up, Simmons has consistently shown the ability to exceed value in a bench role during this series.

A large reason for that is probably Houston's defensive inefficiencies, as they have allowed more FanDuel points to opposing small forwards than any other team on this slate. As part of an already weak small forward selection, Simmons is an obvious salary-saving option and will enable you to afford the likes of a James Harden, John Wall, or Isaiah Thomas. He is a viable play in all formats, especially if Leonard is sits.
