Andre Drummond, C, Detroit Pistons

FanDuel Price: $7,600

Andre Drummond was playing at a very high level, averaging 40.4 over a three-game stretch, before posting back-to-back disappointing games in the two most recent Detroit Pistons contests. The problem during those games was not Drummond's play, as he still averaged 1.22 FanDuel points per minute, but rather limited playing time because of blowouts.

The Pistons are a bit of a mess right now, but Vegas sees things going better for them tonight, as they are listed as two-point road favorites against the New York Knicks. Their 104.75-point implied team total is the third highest on the slate and nearly four points above their season scoring average, while the 207.5-point over/under is the second highest on the slate.

Drummond has averaged 37.1 FanDuel points when there's an implied team total over 100 points this season, as opposed to 33.5 in all other games. That average has jumped to 38.4 with an over/under of at least 205.

The Knicks have allowed the third-most FanDuel points to opposing centers this season, which is easily the most on the slate. Their defense against the position has really suffered since Willy Hernangomez took over as the starting center. Hernangomez ranks 49th worst among qualified centers in defensive real plus-minus, and has the worst mark among New York big men.

If the Pistons can keep this one competitive, Drummond should have no trouble crushing value, just as he did two weeks ago when he posted 48 FanDuel points. He is a terrific pivot at the center position if you can't quite fit Gobert's salary in your lineup.
