Myles Turner, C, Indiana Pacers

FanDuel Price: $6,800

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Karl-Anthony Towns has been playing phenomenally and most daily fantasy players will do everything they can to fit him into their lineups in a terrific matchup against the Pacers. Rudy Gobert also finds himself in a great spot as the Utah Jazz take on the Lakers, and he should deflect a decent amount of ownership away from Myles Turner.

Why You Should Use Him:

Turner had been in a bit of a slump this month, but broke out of it in his most recent game by posting 22 points, 10 boards, 2 blocks, and 37 FanDuel points against the New York Knicks. Foul trouble limited him to just 28 minutes, but he had averaged 34.5 minutes in the four games prior, so it is scary to think what he could have done if given his regular allotment of playing time.

Tonight, he looks to carry his momentum into a game he will be needed to play as many minutes as possible to slow down Towns. Because of his shot blocking ability, Towns is often thought of as a good defender, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

The second-year phenom ranks 69th among 70 qualified centers in DRPM this season after ranking 54th among 64 last year. As such, it should come as no surprise that the Timberwolves have allowed the seventh-most FanDuel points to opposing centers this season.

Turner may not get the best of Towns in this head-to-head matchup, but at nearly $4,000 cheaper, it wouldn't be surprising to see him end up being a better value today. Our projections agree with that assessment, listing Turner as easily the best value among the top four priced centers on FanDuel.
