Jrue Holiday, PG, New Orleans Pelicans

FanDuel Price: $6,400

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Jrue Holiday is in a bit of a slump, and with plenty of options available at point guard, he isn't likely to be a popular option. At the top end, John Wall and Kyrie Irving have been playing well and should be popular in good matchups.

Goran Dragic and Reggie Jackson both may take some ownership from Holiday in the mid-price range, while the Los Angeles Clippers fill-in point guards will likely be popular against the Atlanta Hawks, who struggle to defend the position.

Why You Should Use Him:

Cleveland has a solid defense, but they have struggled against guards, thanks in large part to the efforts of Irving. He ranks 67th of 86 qualified points guards in real defensive plus/minus this season, after ranking 62nd of 67 last year. The Cavs' point guard defense can be exploited, which is exactly what Holiday did in their last meeting when he put up 37.3 FanDuel points.

The Cavaliers have also struggled against the pick-and-roll, allowing the highest points per possession to opposing ball handlers in that situation. Holiday hasn't been overly efficient in the pick-and-roll this season, but still leads the New Orleans Pelicans in points scored as the ball handler, after ranking fifth in the league last season.

Until Holiday returns to the elite form we saw in December, he isn't anything more than a tournament play. However, his matchup against Irving and reduced price and ownership make him a fine tournament option.
