7. Kyrie Irving, Cleveland Cavaliers (2011-12)

Kyrie Irving is, as a point guard, the first guard to the make the cut. Another 19-year-old, in his first NBA season in 2011, the Duke product averaged .125 win shares per 48 minutes on the floor.

On a per-game basis, Irving accounted for 18.5 points, 5.4 assists and 1.4 three-pointers. He shot 46.9% from the floor, 39.9% from three and 87.2% from the free throw line. It was clear that the youngster had an elite offensive game, something we've seen a lot of since he's came into the NBA.

Prior to LeBron James' return, Irving was stuck on a bad Cleveland Cavaliers team -- one that earned a record of 21-45 in the shortened season. Under those circumstances, Irving was the bright spot as he rated second on the team in win shares per 48 and led the team in various other advanced metrics, including player efficiency rating (21.4).

The player we now know as Uncle Drew has improved his game and numbers ever since.
