Mike Conley has been dominant recently, especially in up-tempo games. Over his past four games, he's averaged 41.2 FanDuel points, highlighted by a 49.8-FanDuel-point performance against the Golden State Warriors in a similar game script to tonight.

Speaking of Friday's game script, Conley and the Memphis Grizzlies are projected for 104.3 points against the Houston Rockets, which is 5.1 points higher than their season scoring average. This should also be a big pace-up game for Memphis, as they rank 28th in pace and Houston ranks 4th.

Over the past two seasons, Conley hasn't played in a game that featured at least a 216-point over/under, as this one does. So, for a larger sample size, let's examine games with at least a 210-point over/under, during which his FanDuel average jumped from 30.5 to 40.1 points. He's also performed better when playing with at least a 104.3-point implied team total, averaging 33.4 FanDuel points, as opposed to 30.3 in all other games.

Conley has performed well in this matchup over the past two seasons, averaging 34.6 FanDuel points. While Patrick Beverley is a solid individual defender, Houston's defense as a whole ranks 20th in defensive efficiency, and they play at such a fast pace that they've allowed the 12th-most FanDuel points to opposing point guards.

If history is any indication, Conley should thrive in this game script. He is still underpriced considering his recent play, and he is one of the best point guard plays on the board.
