This isn't a great matchup for Damian Lillard, but on a three-game slate, you're not always going to get ideal spots. Despite the matchup, he is likely see the kind of volume that helps players overcome tough spots -- at least from a fantasy perspective.

Lillard finished 12th in minutes per game among players with at least five games played last season while his 31.3% usage rate ranked 9th among players who played at least 15 minutes per game. He also ranked 3rd among all players in field goal attempts per 36 minutes while he ranked second in that category in the preseason this year -- meaning that it looks likely that things won't change much in terms of his volume this season.

We project him to play the most minutes of any player on today's slate, which would give him plenty of time to rack up a strong fantasy night even against a tough Utah Jazz defense.
