Eduardo Escobar resting for Twins on Thursday
Minnesota Twins third baseman Eduardo Escobar is out of Thursday's lineup against the Tampa Bay Rays.
This is Escobar's first game off since April 21. He's slashing .272/.328/.517 with 14 home runs and 54 RBI through 363 plate appearances in the first half. Ehire Adrianza (hamstring) was activated from the 10-day disabled list and will fill in for Escobar at third base on Thursday.
Escobar is averaging 10.6 FanDuel points per game this season. numberFire's models project him to hit .270 with 12 homers and 38 RBI over the rest of the year.
