Jarrod Dyson (groin) placed on Diamondbacks' disabled list
Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Jarrod Dyson has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a strained right groin.
What It Means:
Dyson appeared to suffer the injury while running the bases on Wednesday. The Diamondbacks reinstated Steven Souza Jr. (pectoral) from the DL in a corresponding roster move.
Dyson is averaging 7.1 FanDuel points per game this season while slashing .189/.282/.257 with 2 home runs, 16 steals, and 29 runs scored across 237 plate appearances.
