Jarrod Dyson (groin) out for Arizona on Thursday night
Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Jarrod Dyson (groin) is not in Thursday's lineup against the San Diego Padres.
Dyson left Wednesday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals after appearing to injure his groin while running the bases. The extent of the issue is unknown, but A.J. Pollock will start in center field for the Diamondbacks in Thursday's series opener.
Dyson is averaging 7.1 FanDuel points per game this season while slashing .189/.282/.257 with 2 home runs, 16 steals, and 29 runs scored across 237 plate appearances.
