Zack Cozart (shoulder) ruled out for rest of Angels' 2018 season
Los Angeles Angels manager Mike Scioscia told reporters that shortstop/third baseman Zack Cozart (shoulder) is officially out for the rest of the 2018 season.
Cozart will have surgery to repair a torn labrum, which will end his first season with the Angels. The third baseman had a rough first season in LA at the dish, with a .289 wOBA over 253 plate appearances.
Cozart finishes the year with a 219/.296/.362 slash line, with 5 homers and 19 RBI over 58 games played.
