Cubs' Addison Russell getting the afternoon off in Milwaukee
Chicago Cubs shortstop Addison Russell is out of the lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday.
It's a routine day off for Russell, and Javier Baez will bump over to cover shortstop in his place, while Ben Zobrist moves to second in Baez' place. This leaves room for Kyle Schwarber to return to the lineup, starting in left field.
Russell has averaged 7.8 FanDuel points per game this season. He is slashing .268/.341/.366 with a .311 wOBA over 218 plate appearances.
