Justin Turner (wrist) now expected back for Dodgers on Tuesday
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (wrist) is expected to return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Texas Rangers, manager Dave Roberts said.
Roberts previously said Turner would return for Sunday's series finale against the Atlanta Braves, but there's still some soreness in the third baseman's wrist, so the club opted to hold him out until after Monday's off day. The 33-year-old hasn't been in the Dodgers' lineup since last Wednesday.
Turner is averaging 8.6 FanDuel points in 20 games this season while slashing .243/.325/.343 with 1 home run, 10 RBI, and 9 runs scored across 80 plate appearances.
