Julio Teheran leaves Braves' Monday game with a thumb contusion
Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Julio Teheran departed Monday's start against the San Diego Padres with a thumb contusion.
It was unclear at the time Teheran left the game what the injury was, but the Braves announced on Twitter later in the game that he was suffering from a thumb issue. Teheran was getting roughed up before he departed, allowing 4 earned runs over 4 innings. Teheran's next scheduled start is Sunday against the Los Angeles Dodgers, so double check later in the week to make sure he is on track to make that start.
If he is able to play Sunday, our early models project Teheran for 23.3 FanDuel points at a cost of $7,600.
