Nationals place Daniel Murphy (knee) on 10-day disabled list
Washington Nationals second baseman Daniel Murphy (knee) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list.
Murphy is still recovering from the surgery he underwent on his right knee in October, and is expected to miss the first couple weeks of the season. Look for Howie Kendrick to start in his place at second.
numberFire's models project Murphy to bat .303 while notching 22 home runs, 86 RBI's and 78 runs scored in 569 plate appearances in 2018.
