Amed Rosario's MRI on left leg comes back clean
New York Mets shortstop Amed Rosario avoided any structural damage in his left groin and hamstring, an MRI revealed on Tuesday.
The test came back "totally clean," Mets manager Mickey Callaway informed the media. Rosario suffered the injury on Saturday and still experienced some discomfort while trying to run on Monday, but it sounds like he should be fine after a couple days of rest.
numberFire's models project Rosario to bat .246 with 9 home runs, 46 RBI, 52 runs scored, and 12 steals in 506 plate appearances this season.
