Mets say Dominic Smith's (quad) MRI comes back OK
New York Mets manager Mickey Callaway said Monday that the MRI on first baseman Dominic Smith's left quad came back "OK."
Smith was spotted with ice packs on his quad and ankle Monday, but it looks like he is just day-to-day at this point. The Mets will likely give him a few days off, but he could be back in Spring Training action sometime this week.
Smith averaged 8.3 FanDuel points per game in 2017.
