Mariners' Mike Zunino is out of Saturday night's lineup
Seattle Mariners catcher Mike Zunino is not starting Saturday's game versus the Los Angeles Angels.
What It Means:
As Zunino sits, Carlos Ruiz will be the Mariners' starting backstop and hit seventh against L.A.'s Ricky Nolasco.
Having hit his 24th home run of the season on Friday, Zunino's 0.95 nERD ranks 3rd among all Seattle hitters and is a career-best for the 26-year-old catcher.
