Tyler Saladino on White Sox' bench in Game 1 versus Twins
Chicago White Sox infielder Tyler Saladino is not starting in the first game of Monday's doubleheader against the Minnesota Twins.
Yoan Moncada (shin) is back in the lineup after missing the past two games, so Saladino will head to the bench. He went 1-for-4 with a two-run double on Sunday, but is hitting just .196/.276/.259 with 8 total RBI on the year (212 plate appearances).
numberFire's models project Saladino to record a .232 batting average with another 5 RBI in 61 remaining plate appearances this season.
