Andrew Romine starting in right field for Detroit
Detroit Tigers utility man Andrew Romine is starting in right field and batting second on Monday night.
Romine was hitting eighth and manning first base in place of Miguel Cabrera on Sunday. With Cabrera back in the lineup, he shifts to right field, giving Jim Adduci a day off. He is also moved into a prime batting spot as the Tigers travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Pirates.
Even with the choice batting spot, Romine makes for a risky play on Monday as the Tigers are projected for the third-lowest run total of the night with 4.06 implied runs versus the Pirates.
