Rafael Devers moved up in Boston's order on Monday
Boston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers is batting sixth on Monday against the Cleveland Indians.
Devers hasn't hit any higher than eighth in the order since being called up last Tuesday, but he'll move up to the six-hole for tonight's series opener against right-hander Mike Clevinger and the Indians. Eduardo Nunez (third), Xander Bogaerts (seventh), Mitch Moreland (eighth), and Christian Vazquez (ninth) were each bumped down one spot in the Red Sox' order.
With an implied total of 5.13 runs in a batter-friendly matchup (10.5 over/under, 1.082 park factor) the Red Sox have a lineup with plenty of fantasy upside on Monday. numberFire's models project Devers to score 7.1 FanDuel (FD) points at a cost of $2,700. The 20-year-old rookie is averaging 14.3 FD points per contest in the five games he's played in the majors.
