Atlanta's Matt Adams sitting out Wednesday's game
Atlanta Braves first baseman Matt Adams is not in the lineup for Wednesday's meeting with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
What It Means:
After three straight starts, Adams will receive a night off in favor of Freddie Freeman at first. That allows Dansby Swanson to enter the lineup at short while the infield shifts to accommodate his presence.
Over the rest of the season, our models project Adams for 8 home runs, 26 RBI and a .272 average in 176 plate appearances.
