Houston Astros third baseman Colin Moran (face) has been placed on the 10-day DL.
What It Means:
Moran fouled a ball off his face on Saturday causing facial fractures. The rookie is expected to be sidelined for awhile. Alex Bregman returns to third base with Marwin Gonzalez re-joining the lineup on Sunday.
Moran had gone 3-for-6 with 1 one homer and 2 RBI in his two starts at third base this season.
