Alex Presley returns to Detroit bench on Thursday
Detroit Tigers outfielder Alex Presley is on the bench for Thursday's series finale with the Kansas City Royals.

Presley returns to the bench after starting the past two for Detroit. The 31-year-old outfielder is slashing .307/.366/.413 in 27 games this season. Mikie Mahtook is starting in center field while Andrew Romine is in right. They're batting fifth and eighth, respectively, versus Royals left-hander Danny Duffy.
