Avisail Garcia day-to-day for White Sox with sprained finger
Chicago White Sox outfielder Avisail Garcia was scratched from the Friday's lineup against the Colorado Rockies due to a sprained right middle finger.
It's unknown how or when Garcia suffered the injury, but consider him day-to-day for now. Alen Hanson is replacing him in right field on Friday and leading off for the White Sox versus Rockies right-hander German Marquez. Garcia is slashing .313/.356/.502 with 11 home runs, 51 RBI, and 40 runs scored in 77 games (317 plate appearances) this season.
Without accounting for any missed time, numberFire's models like Garcia to tally 8 more home runs and 34 RBI with a .278 batting average in another 281 plate appearances over the rest of the 2017 campaign.
