Hanley Ramirez (knee) missing third straight game for Red Sox
Boston Red Sox designated hitter Hanley Ramirez (knee) is out of the lineup again on Wednesday night against the Minnesota Twins.
This is a third consecutive absence for Ramirez as he deals with a sore left knee. Boston is using Sam Travis as their designated hitter. He's batting seventh versus Twins left-hander Adalberto Mejia.
Ramirez has hit 10 home runs while posting a .241 batting average and .321 wOBA in 258 plate appearances this season.
