Chris Herrmann out of the Diamondbacks' lineup on Tuesday
Arizona Diamondbacks catcher/left fielder Chris Herrmann is not in the lineup against the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Herrmann started in left field on Monday, but he'll head to the bench while Daniel Descalso starts in left and Chris Iannetta handles catching duties in Tuesday's matchup with Cardinals' righty Carlos Martinez.
Herrmann has only managed a .302 wOBA in 2017, and numberFire's models project him to bat .241 and add 5 home runs and 16 RBI in 129 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
