Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano is not in the club's lineup for Friday's game against the Cleveland Indians.

Sano will get the day off, as Kennys Vargas hits third and serves as the team's designated hitter. He'll face Cleveland's Trevor Bauer.
