Andrew Benintendi batting second for Boston against the Royals
Boston Red Sox outfielder Andrew Benintendi has moved up to second in the batting order against the Kansas City Royals on Monday.
Dustin Pedroia is out of the lineup with rib soreness tonight, so Benintendi will move up to second in the order against Royals' righty Jason Hammel after batting fifth and sixth this weekend.
Benintendi has posted a .324 wOBA with a strong 38.3% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this season, and numberFire's models project him for 9.5 FanDuel points tonight.
