Rays' Matt Andriese (groin) likely headed back to the disabled list
Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Matt Andriese will undergo an MRI on his injured right groin.
Making his first start off the disabled list (DL), Andriese only worked 1 inning Saturday before leaving the game. He's likely headed back to the DL.
In his age-28 season, Andriese has flashed some ability, posting a 10.3% swinging-strike rate in each of the last two years. If he can stay healthy, he will be a valuable commodity for the Rays and fantasy owners alike.
