Jonathan Villar down to seventh of Brewers' order
Milwaukee Brewers infielder Jonathan Villar has been moved down to seventh in the order for Thursday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
What It Means:
Villar got to lead off on Wednesday, but that appeared to be just one of many lineup experiments the Brewers are trying. He's back to the bottom third of the order as Milwaukee tries to get last year's breakout back.
Over the last two weeks Villar has just 45 plate appearances, in which he's slashing .175/.267/.325 with 1 homer, 5 runs, 1 RBI, and 2 stolen bases.
