Carlos Rodon (biceps) throws simulated game for White Sox
Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (biceps) threw another simulated game at extended spring training Monday.
Rodon finally appears to be making some real progress after being sidelined all of 2017 with bursitis in his left biceps. It's unknown if the White Sox will require the 24-year-old southpaw to participate in a rehab assignment.
Rodon recorded a 4.04 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 23.5 strikeout percentage in 165 innings last season while going 9-10 (28 starts).
