Ben Zobrist (back) out of the Cubs' lineup versus the Reds
Chicago Cubs second baseman/outfielder Ben Zobrist (back) is not in the lineup on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Tuesday will be the third straight game Zobrist has not started due to back soreness. The injury is considered minor as the veteran was able to make a pinch-hit appearance on Saturday.
Zobrist has gotten off to a rough start in 2017 as he is batting .223 with three home runs and a .697 OPS in 130 plate appearances.
