Nationals insert Trea Turner back into action versus Orioles
Washington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner is back in Tuesday's lineup against the Baltimore Orioles.
Turner got a breather on Monday after turning in a rough stretch of games. He's gone just 5-for-35 (.143) over his last nine contests. The young 23-year-old will look to turn things around tonight versus right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez and the Orioles.
On the season, Turner is hitting .270/.316/.449 with two home runs, 13 RBI's and six stolen bases across 95 plate appearances (22 games).
