Matt Harvey will return to Mets' rotation on Friday
New York Mets manager Terry Collins has indicated that starting pitcher Matt Harvey will return to the rotation and make his next start on Friday.
Harvey missed his start on Sunday after being suspended for three games by the Mets after an unexcused absence on Saturday plus multiple other team rules violations. He will face the Milwaukee Brewers on the road after having 10 days off.
Harvey has struggled so far with a 4.92 SIERA, 1.29 WHIP, and just 20 strikeouts in 35 innings pitched this season.
