Carlos Rodon (biceps) 'about four weeks away' from return to White Sox rotation
Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (biceps) "is believed to be about four weeks away from returning," writes Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports.
Considering that they aren't carrying any title ambitions this season, the White Sox are taking an understandably conservative approach with their talented young southpaw. He won't be eligible for activation until early next month after being moved to the 60-day disabled list on Thursday.
As of now, numberFire's models project Rodon to record a 4.73 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 19.6 strikeout percentage across 104 2/3 innings this season.
