Angels' Kole Calhoun goes yard for the third-straight game in Wednesday's loss
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Kole Calhoun went 2-for-5 from the dish on Wednesday, hitting a double and a solo home run while scoring twice as the Angels fell 8-7 to the Seattle Mariners.
That makes three straight games with home runs for Calhoun, who has also scored five runs and driven in four RBI's in that stretch.
Despite the recent success, it has been a rough start to the season for Calhoun, slashing .257/.328/.398 with a .317 wOBA through 125 plate appearances. His 25.0 percent hard-hit rate is on pace to be a career-worst.
