Billy Hamilton drives in the winning run as Cincinnati beats Pittsburgh in extra-innings

Cincinnati Reds center fielder had a huge game on Monday, stealing three bases and winning the game with a walk-off RBI double in the bottom of the 10th inning of a 4-3 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

What It Means:

Those three steals bring Hamilton's total for the season to a league-leading 13. Only one other player (Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder A.J. Pollock) has stolen even nine bases this season. Hamilton has also only been caught stealing once. He hasn't been especially strong at the plate though, slashing .222/.271/.263 with a .239 wOBA through 108 plate appearances.

numberFire's models project Hamilton to hit .261 while stealing another 35 bases and scoring 57 runs in 440 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
