Miguel Gonzalez goes eight strong as the White Sox blow out the Royals
Chicago White Sox pitcher Miguel Gonzalez allowed only one run (zero earned) while notching five strikeouts and one walk over eight innings in Monday's win over the Kansas City Royals.
That makes two starts in a row that Gonzalez has pitched at least eight innings and scored a win. He is 3-0 with a 2.00 ERA through four starts this season, though he also owns a much less impressive 4.29 SIERA.
numberFire's models project Gonalez to go 6-9 with a 4.65 ERA and 1.32 WHIP in 124 innings pitched over the remainder of the season.
