Yoenis Cespedes (hamstring) looking at 2-3 days on Mets' shelf
New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes doesn't think his hamstring injury is serious and only expects to miss 2-3 days.
Cespedes acknowledged previous hamstring problems but he doesn't think this is anything of major concern. The 31-year-old outfielder suffered the injury on Thursday night while running to second base. He was replaced by Juan Lagares in left while Michael Conforto shifted over to center field.
Cespedes is batting .263/.377/.632 with 6 home runs, 10 RBI's and 12 runs scored in 69 plate appearances this season.
