Josh Donaldson (calf) not in lineup Tuesday for Toronto's home opener
Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson (calf) is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Donaldson will only be available off the bench after he was forced to leave Sunday's contest with tightness in his right calf. Consider him day-to-day while Ryan Goins fills in at third for the Blue Jays in the meantime.
Donaldson is off to a great start in 2017, as he's slashing .348/.444/.652 with a pair of moon shots and three RBI's.
