Nationals are holding out Trea Turner (hamstring) on Sunday
Washington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Philadelphia Phillies.
Turner had to be pulled from Saturday's game with a hamstring injury and while it seems minor, the Nats won't risk anything in April with their young stud shortstop. Stephen Drew will handle shortstop duties and bat 7th on Sunday against Jeremy Hellickson.
Our models project Drew for 1.0 hits over 4.2 plate appearances on Sunday with a 46 percent chance of scoring a run and a 55 percent chance of driving in an RBI.
